Learning About Learning is a Whole Other Leviathan

I've been co-mingling notes about Learning and Neuroscience within my Old_Man_Learns_to_Code blog (here)

It's getting to be a bit too much for one blog to encompass.

Learning about Learning is a huge topic in its own rights. So time to break it out in a separate blog. Here.

This post was to be a more profound first one. However the recent update to Obsidian got in the way.

Thanks to "Bases", I got to experience all over again the frustrations a newbie to Obsidian sufferes through because no decent controls appear in the left side ribbon of a new install, especially with the Settings gear not being easily spotted.

Eventually, I discovered that the Settings gear is buried in the bottom right of a pane and can't be seen until that pane is unfurled. Once the gear was found, I was able to restore all my Commander plug-in button into the left side ribbon.

Here is the better look of it: (Left click on image to enlarge)

Some explanations: The Commander plug-in allows us to insert desired functions into the left side ribbon, INCLUDING the Settings gear. And also the Find-and-Replace all function as well as the Insert-plain-text function. Makes Obsidian life so much easier.
